The industry will need to integrate the energy system into customer needs. By following the customer this Summit will explore how we can work with them to reshape our smart energy future.

It is in the industry’s interest to build a platform that allows all of the various customer and industry elements to be interconnected. Putting customers central in these developments means providing them with the tools and services they are looking for such as choice, affordability, simplicity and reliability.
