The International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) jointly organize a one-day international workshop on the integration of smart grids and renewables.
ISGAN, organized as the Implementing Agreement for a Co-operative Programme on Smart Grids, under a framework of the International Energy Agency (IEA) creates a mechanism for multilateral government-to-government collaboration to advance the deployment of smarter electric grid technologies, practices, and systems and to promote adoption of related enabling government policies. NEDO participates in ISGAN as a Japanese representative with METI, and is hosting the ISGAN’s 11th Executive Committee meeting in Yokohama, where decision makers from 25 participating countries will gather to share information, knowledge and experience.
The workshop is focusing on the integration of smartgrids and renewables, gathering a wide variety of speakers from all over the world and enhancing the discussion grounded on the up-to-date activities and issues.
GSEF is a truly global federation and has therefore no main address in one country. If you wish to meet with one of us, please write to us.
