This seminar is a joint initiative of the Florence School of Regulation and the European Regulatory Private Law project of the EUI Law Department. Under the broad theme of decentralized enforcement we will explore how national regulators and courts apply EU law in the energy sector as well as discuss the potential impact of decentralization on the functioning of the national markets.
